REUNION 7.09 ON THE ROCK

 REGISTRATION.

Have you paid your deposit and sent in your registration form? YOU NEED TO DO THAT NOW. This is the last Bulletin relating to this aspect..

1. If you have not yet registered .. we are allowed until May 18^th to confirm the rooms we have already reserved. If we require more rooms we need to reserve these now…meaning RIGHT AWAY.

2..For those who have already paid the deposit and submit the Registration Form, the tables below will guide you in determining your final payment which becomes due on May 29^th . If you had requested double room & paid your deposit of US$150.00, then your final payment would be $200.00 per person. If you requested triple then it would be $170.00pp, Single $314.00 etc…

COST BREAKDOWN

1 .. Full reunion ..Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 ( All Inclusive )

 2…One day attendance including room ..    

3…Any additional days including room ……

            ATTENDANCE FOR FUNCTIONS ONLY

4…Friday’s day function .. to be held away from the hotel ..   = FREE

5 .. Friday’s night function .. to be held at the hotel ..= US$ 20.00 per person

6..   Saturday’s night function including dinner       .. = ADULT =US$ 50.00

                                                                                  CHILDREN =US$ 30.00

  Additional Stay at hotel:

The hotel has decided to allow us three days prior and three days after the reunion at the same rate as negotiated  for the reunion , all of this will have to be confirmed by May 18^th and  paid  by May 25^th   the same time as we are paying the final amount.

 Magazine

For all those who are interested in putting an article or an item in the magazine now is the time to start preparing them because these will have to be submitted to the magazine team by June 12^th in order to meet our deadlines.  In our next bulletin we will help you to pack for the weekend of your life and we will provide direction for getting to the transportation at the airport on arrival. We did promise you the Biggest and best Family Reunion you ever had and already we are fulfilling the the first phase so get your payments in now so that you can be a part of Royes Family History in REUNION7.09 ON THE ROCK. . REGISTRATION

So, our last instructions on the submission of Registration Forms didn’t work.  So here is what you need to do.

1. Once you have paid your deposit, go to www.royesfamily.com and download the  Registration Form

 2. Fill out the form and send it by email attachment to 709ontherock@royesfamily.com

 Note

The name of the person making the payment should be at the top and all  members of the party should be on it with the ages of children up to twelve. If you have paid in full indicate that also For those who can pay the full amount now, we would certainly appreciate that.

 AIRPORT TO ENTER JAMAICA

Star Fish resorts is on the north coast of Jamaica, so if you are coming directly to the reunion and back to the Airport, you should book your flight through Montego Bay , Sangster International Airport ..

AIRPORT TRANSFER

Included in your reunion payment is your transfer from the airport to the hotel and back. We will provide the information on how to access your hotel transport   closer to the arrival date.

 NOTE.

For all who have made up their minds and those who are still pondering whether they will be coming  but have NOT YET PAID their deposits, this is of utmost importance to you. The deadline for locking in the final number of rooms that we will be using, is April 30^th  so if your deposit is not in by that date you run the risk of not being accommodated at Starfish and staying anywhere else will mean entering the Reunion via  day  & Night passes which are very expensive.

 Many people want information on charges for attending specific activities. We will address these in our next bulletin. 

For United States residents, please remember that you need to have a valid passport in order to make the trip to Jamaica & back..

 Finally, the week end of July 23 will be a very busy one for traveling to the Island so you need to book your flights NOW,

 Well now that all the Brits & Americans have received their stimulus packages !!!!!!!!!!  .. you will agree that the time is right for bulletin #3 which will concentrate on collecting the payments to put REUNION7. 09 ON THE ROCK in high gear.

COSTS

The cost remains at our final estimate of  US$350.00 per person based on double occupancy with children under 2 years free and children 2 to 12 US$150.00.

After payment of the first deposit, the next step will be registration.

Go to www. royesfamily.com, fill out the registration form and press send. That will get it to your reunion team,

Your registration form will enable us to assess your room preferences, so that the next bulletin can address triples and singles.

BULLETIN #2 January 25, 2009

ROYES REUNION  709 ON THE ROCK

 The  estimated cost  is US$350.00 per person when calculated on a double occupancy basis. Children under age 12 will be US$225.00.

Single and triple occupancies estimated cost will given at our next bulletin in February.

Family members from countries that do not use the United States dollar as their base currency will need to use their rate of exchange to calculate the actual cost in their currency.

 Commitment.

I have no doubt that we are all used to the above captioned topic; but, I am placing it here again for emphasis. The first commitment that we need can be sent by email and that is all the names of those who have decided or will decide on receipt of this circular.  The second  commitment is even more important, and that is FINANCIAL Commitment which is the point that we have now reached. Your cost will only vary from our estimate dependent on your choice of sleeping accommodation . We are now requesting commitment fee of US$150.00 This can be paid in two but the first payment must be made before the end of February and the second by the 20^th of March. The third payment will be due at the end of May by which time we will announce the final cost to include single and triple so that the final payment can be made to reflect your choice.

The regional coordinators are responsible for the collection of all payments within their zone . If  for any reason this is not convenient for any member and they would like to make alternate arrangement then please contact Clarence@greetingsacrosstheworld.com

The theme will be ROYES REUNION 709 ON THE ROCK  and we are also taking this opportunity to request contribution relating to information from all family members .This might be a new member that you have discovered or new information you might have received on the family that you would like to share or to check.We also need articles and info for the magazine. This might be a new addition to the family, a baby maybe or a new wife or husband.or just something of interest that you would like to share with the family Let us know about it.

REUNION 709 ON THE ROCK is promising the best stress relief from the economic woes of the past two years and we are working hard to keep this well within reach as we would like to have the whole family and not just representatives. So Regional Coordinators start working on getting out everyone in your zone because we are here waiting to welcome them home. THE JOURNEY HAS BEGUN.
